At Costa Rica Lodging and Tours SA, we specialize in vacation rental and extended stay lodging at lower rates than comparable quality hotel rooms. Not to mention, we offer all the conveniences of home including full kitchen and laundry facilities, and you still get to enjoy that resort feel with incredible pool and grounds, and concierge (tour planning) services on site. Whether you are looking for short term or long term lodging, we offer daily, weekly and monthly rates.

JACO BEACH
Jaco Beach is located on Costa Rica's central pacific coast just 1.5 hours away from the San Jose (Juan Santamaria) International Airport. A new highway is being built that will allow you to drive from San Jose to the coast in just 45 minutes, once it is paved and open. Progress has been made on the road and recently, they finished all of the bridges.
Jaco is one of the most popular beaches in Costa Rica and has more tourism infrastructure than most locations. Jaco offers surfing, beach combing, night clubs, restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, canopy tours/zip lines, horseback riding, atv's, segway tours (coming soon), and much much more.
Base yourself in Jaco for the week and have easy access to some of the regions most popular day trips.
Lots of attractions are nearby:
Puntarenas day cruise to Isla Tortuga (60 minutes)
Manuel Antonio National Park (60 minutes)
Deep sea fishing (Jaco, Herradura, Quepos) (5-50 minutes)
Carara Biological Reserve (30 minutes)
Los Suenos Marina (10 minutes)
SANTA ANA
Located in the Centra Valley, Santa Ana is a fast growing suburb of San Jose, as well as the headquarters for many of the multinational corporations that have their offices in the "Forum" business complex. While Santa Ana is only 8 miles away from San Jose, the climate is warmer and dryer. Santa Ana, or Santana as the locals call it, still has that country feel with horse pastures located throughout many of the neighborhoods. Homes are not as close together as in San Jose allowing for more space and frequently, beautiful mountain views. As this is a warmer climate, many properties in this area have pools within the development / complex. Grocery stores and restaurants are abundant. Multiplaza Shopping Mall, one of the countries largest malls, is 4 miles away. Cima Hospital, a popular place for international travelers to have elective and cosmetic surgeries, is only 5 miles away.
